This six week class is a blend of core stability, weight training and cardiovascular fitness. It is designed to increase strength, agility and stability for everyday activities. The class features a progressive series of exercises and challenges using free weights, stability balls, Glides, medicine balls, resistance tubes and the BOSU. All equipment provided.
