Muscle * Core * Cardio
This six week class is a blend of core stability, weight training and cardiovascular fitness. It is designed to increase strength, agility and stability for everyday activities. The class features a progressive series of exercises and challenges using free weights, stability balls, Glides, medicine balls, resistance tubes and the BOSU. All equipment provided.

Two Certified Personal Trainers
provide guidance, instruction and fun!
