This six week class is a blend of core stability, weight training and cardiovascular fitness. It is designed to increase strength, agility and stability for everyday activities. This class features a progressive series of exercises and challenges using free weights, stability balls, Glides, medicine balls, resistance tubes and the BOSU. All equipment is provided.
Two Certified Personal Trainers will provide guidance, instruction and fun!
