This six week course is a progressive class focused on increasing strength, flexibility and stabilization of the muscle groups surrounding the “core”. These muscles include those along the spine, low back, shoulder blades, abdominals, hips and glutes. Sessions begin with mat work and progress to balance, stability and strength work using the stability ball, the BOSU and free weights.
Mondays 9:00 to 10:00 am $75 / 6 weeks Wednesdays 9:00 to 10:00 am $75 / 6 weeks (If you choose to participate in the M & W 6-sessions concurrently, cost is $135)
