This nine week course is a progressive class focused on increasing strength, flexibility and stabilization of the muscle groups surrounding the core. These muscles include those along the spine, low back, shoulder blades, abdominals, hips and glutes. Sessions begin with mat work and progress to balance, stability and strength work using the stability ball, the BOSU and free weights.
