A six week Monday thru Friday class designed to support your commitment to fitness and health through daily goal setting, nutrition & self awareness journaling, weight, resistance, core and cardiovascular training.
Class is designed for all levels of ability and includes attention to appropriate use of weights and other fitness tools as well as workouts for personal use.
All equipment is provided, including mats and towels – just bring your water bottle, your willingness to feel better and your desire to do life more powerfully!
Mon thru Fri 5:30 to 6:30am $450.00
