- want to add running or run/walking to your fitness regimen? - would you like to improve your running form? - or complete a 5K event? This class will teach you proper form for running efficiently and minimizing injury. We will include form work, drills, a workout and stretching each week. A run/walk approach will be encouraged for new runners
Discussion topics will include clothing, shoes, nutrition & hydration
